Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply to orders outside of the U.S., and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Orders generally arrive in 2-5 business days but if you need an order expedited, we have expedited shipping options at checkout! After placing your order, processing takes 1 to 2 business days. As soon as it ships you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number. Orders less than $50 use USPS First Class, resulting in up to 7 days of transit to arrive, dependent on location.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Yes! We specialize in custom orders. You can either order through our Custom Candle product or email us directly at info@malibuapothecary.com. If you are planning to purchase in bulk, we would be delighted to offer you wholesale pricing as well.

We use a proprietary blend of all natural coconut and soy wax.

Unlike 95% of candles made on the market today, we never use paraffin or other gasoline byproducts to create our candles.

If your candle is tunneling, this is due to the "memory ring." Your candle will remember where it left off and if the candle did not liquefy to the edge from the first burn, it will stay that way. 

There is a light at the end of the tunneling! An easy way to fix this is to give it a longer burn time your next go-around. Try burning a little longer than usual or enough for the pool to reach the edge.

To prevent this from happening, your first burn should be your longest one. We recommend burning your candle for the first time for 4-5 hours.
