What to Expect:

  • Candle Creation: Blend your own custom fragrance, hand pour an all-natural wax candle, and design a personalized label.
  • Cure Time: While waiting (~1 hour), enjoy complimentary refreshments and light appetizers (BYOB welcome) and learn about clean vs. toxic fragrances and the history of perfumery.
  • Leave with: A custom candle and new knowledge of candle making!

FAQ:

  • Class Duration: Approximately 2-2.5 hours.
  • Itinerary:
    • Hour 1: Create your own custom fragrance (we save on file so you can reorder for a discount) and go through the candle-making process!
    • Hour 2: While candles set, enjoy snacks, drinks, & games. Design a custom label - upload your own photo! 
    • In a Rush? Make your candle in the first hour and pick it up later or have it shipped ($7.50).
  • Tickets: One ticket per person.
  • Snacks & Drinks: Light snacks, red and white wine, and water provided. BYOB for specific dietary needs.
  • Outside Food/Drinks: Yes, feel free to bring your own snacks, beer, or wine (no liquor). ID required for alcohol. 
  • Finding Us: Directions and parking instructions are on your ticket. We are located at 2012 Farrington, Dallas TX 75207.
  • Walk-in Classes & Reservations: Reservations are required for attendance. You may book a ticket up to the event start time.
  • Extra Candles: Make extras during the class at $35/candle (35% off).
  • Booking: We typically schedule open classes 4-8 weeks in advance and leave future dates open for private events. No date or time is guaranteed unless without a paid reservation.
  • Starting a Candle Business? The class is designed to be a fun, unique and personalized experience! While you will learn some candle-making basics, it is not meant to be a tutorial on how to make candles professionally; however we do offer custom candle making services! Reach out to us if you're interested in having us create custom candles for your business at wholesale pricing.
  • Age Limit: Designed for adults 13+, but older kids with parents are welcome.
  • REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY:
    Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event start date. All classes within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable and are available only for rescheduling or in exchange for a credit for a custom candle on our website, based on the availability of the class schedule. We will not be able to process any refunds, rescheduling, or credits for any cancellations made within 2 days of the event start date. COVID is not an exception for this policy.
